We include an ice block for extra measure to keep your medication cool in transit.
Please note, we have to pack your medication in temperature controlled packaging which is made of wool and intended for pharmaceutical products. Whilst this gives a degree of protection, the wool is soft and the manufacturer's cardboard boxes containing your GLP1 can arrive slightly damaged due to the ice block pressure and courier handling during transit, however please rest assured that the medication is still safe to take.
