Delivery Information
Prior to dispatching any orders, our patients must first receive approval from a prescriber. Based on the new regulations, please allow 48 working hours for approval by a prescriber (we may require further information from yourself or an online video consultation which will be requested via email, and this might cause extended dispatch times for your order). Orders status can be seen in your Account should you wish to know at what stage of the prescribing process your order is at. There are occasions where an order will be approved, however has not yet been despatched. Please do call us and we will be happy to provide an update.
Once an order is approved, orders can no longer be cancelled and patients should expect their order to despatch after a further 48 working hours. Once you have received the dispatch notification, this will be sent via DPD on a next-day service. Please note, we do not despatch orders over the weekend so orders will be despatched onboard the Monday to ensure they are not in transit for excessive periods of time.
DPD will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. This is due to medication requiring correct cold-chain handling. If you are not home, you can select a neighbour or safe place as a delivery location. Please note unfortunately, we will be unable to process any refunds for missed deliveries, nor take liability for parcels where you have updated your delivery preferences. In these scenarios, you will be required to place a new order at your own expense.
