You can manage your delivery through our couriers' apps and websites, allowing you to choose the most convenient option. This includes delivery to a safe place or a neighbour if you know that you will not be home. Deliveries where a delivery preference have been selected, are at your risk and we cannot be held responsible should an issue arise thereafter.
