Once your order is scheduled for delivery, we are unable to cancel it.
In accordance with UK medicines regulations (MHRA), dispensed medication cannot be reused or resold, even if the packaging remains sealed. As a result, we cannot accommodate changes, cancellations, or returns requested by patients after an order has been placed, unless deemed necessary by our clinical team to ensure safe and appropriate supply.
Since returned medication cannot be reused, we are unable to provide refunds for any returned items. If you have unwanted medication from an order placed with our pharmacy, please contact us. We can assist you in safely returning the medication to us for proper disposal.
