If your order is returned to us, we will address it as follows:
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
- It is your responsibility to enter a correct address when you place your order. You can check the address given on your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email or in your Curate account. If you notice an error, please contact us and if possible, we will update it. If your order has already despatched, you can update your shipping preferences on the DPD or Royal Mail tracker.
- Please note, any orders that cannot be delivered due to address issues, will be returned to the pharmacy where they will be disposed of. You will be required to place a new order at your own cost.
- We will not be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to address issues.
Refused Orders:
- We will not be held liable for orders that cannot be delivered or have been refused. You will be required to place a new order at your own cost.
