If your order is returned to us, we will address it as follows:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
- If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email.
- Once you confirm the correct address, we will update your order and arrange for it to be shipped out again.

"Not Called For":
- If the order is returned because it exceeded the retention period with the courier, we will email you to arrange redelivery, redelivery fees will be incurred.

Refused by Recipient:
- If the order is returned because it was refused by the recipient, we will contact you to understand the reason for the refusal.
- Please note, as per our Terms and Conditions, we cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.
