No, we have recently collaborated with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for all our patients.
Our couriers will take a photo of the package, either at your designated safe place, handed directly to you, or with a neighbour. Royal Mail will leave your parcel in a safe place if they are accustomed to doing this and they recognise that you have a preferred safe place where they have previously left deliveries.
Important: We strongly recommend updating your delivery preferences on the tracking link sent to you when your order is despatched. We will not be able to replace pens where you have missed your deliveries.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will try again on one further occasion.
If the package is not received after the second attempt, it will be returned to us and the medication will be disposed of. You will then need to place a new order at your expense.
