No, we have recently collaborated with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for all our patients.
Our couriers will take a photo of the package, either at your designated safe place, handed directly to you, or with a neighbor.
Important: We strongly recommend downloading the DPD and/or Royal Mail apps to manage your delivery. Note that DPD will only leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor if you select this option in the app.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will try again the next day.
If the package is not received after the second attempt, it will be returned to us, and additional redelivery fees will apply to resend the parcel.
