DPD:
You will receive a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery, notifying you of their approximate anticipated delivery time. If you know that you will not be at home, please select a delivery preference from the tracking link. DPD will deliver a maximum of 2 times before the parcel is automatically returned to us, where the medication will be destroyed, as per MHRA guidelines. If you do not set a delivery preference, your driver will leave a calling card for you so that you can reschedule delivery and you will receive an email/text message if you have supplied contact details.
Royal Mail:
Royal Mail will deliver your parcel and will hand it to the resident, if possible. Please note that Royal Mail will also on occasion, leave your parcel in a safe place if the resident is not home and if they are accustomed to doing this with other deliveries.
