If you have already placed your order and need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to update your address, however it is your responsibility to ensure you have inputted your address correctly during the ordering process. Addresses can be check in your Account, but also on your order confirmation that is emailed to you.
We are sorry, but once your order has been approved by our prescriber, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Therefore, we strongly recommend double-checking your delivery details at checkout to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Please note that changing your address after placing an order may result in delays, and your delivery may not arrive within the usual timeframe.
