After your order has been shipped, the courier will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We use both Royal Mail and DPD for our preferred carriers and we reserve the right to change couriers, when required. You must set your delivery preferences on the tracking link that is sent to you for each order, as delivery preferences saved in your courier account area will not be followed.
