You can cancel your order any time before it has been approved/prescribed by our clinical team, however is subject to a £15 administration fee, unless the order is rejected. A further £10 will be applied if you have had a video consultation with our clinical team.
Once your prescription has been approved, we are unable to cancel an order, even if the medication has not yet been despatched.
In compliance with the regulations set by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA):
- Dispensed medications, including sealed items that have left our premises, cannot be reused or resold.
Since returned medications cannot be reused, we are unable to issue refunds for any returned items.
If you have unwanted medication from an order placed with our pharmacy, please contact us. You can take medication to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
