As outlined in our Terms and Conditions and the notices displayed during the ordering process, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
In compliance with the regulations set by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA):
- Dispensed medications, including sealed items that have left our premises, cannot be reused or resold.
- As such, we cannot accommodate patient requests for changes, cancellations, or returns after an order has been placed unless required by our clinical team to ensure safe and appropriate supply.
Since returned medications cannot be reused, we are unable to issue refunds for any returned items.
If you have unwanted medication from an order placed with our pharmacy, please contact us. We can arrange for you to safely return the medication for proper disposal.
