Order Confirmation

Clinical Review and Approval
Your order will be reviewed by our Clinical Team before it is passed to the dispensary for shipping. If additional information is required, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you for further details. -
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been approved by our doctor or pharmacist, you will not receive further updates until your shipping confirmation email. This email will include your Royal Mail or DPD tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s progress. -
Tracking and Delivery Updates
Once your order is with the courier, you can track its progress and manage your delivery via the courier's app—we recommend downloading it for convenience. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a notification with a delivery time window. After delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation text message. -

You can also find updates on your order by logging into the Accounts section of our website. Here, you’ll see messages related to your order, tracking information, and your order history.
